Instructions:

  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (10–12 lbs) (patted dry with paper towels)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tbsp of EACH: dried thyme, rosemary, garlic salt
  • Kitchen twine (optional; to tie turkey legs)

Instructions:

  1. Mix syrup, mustard, and butter, rub on turkey.
  2. Roast at 325°F (160°C) for 1hr 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). (Cooking time will vary based on the size of your turkey.)

Why it’s great for fall: Ground turkey and a sweettart cranberry glaze add a seasonal twist to classic meatloaf.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, and egg, form into a loaf.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. 
  3. Brush with cranberry sauce and ketchup, then bake for 15 more minutes.
